Common headache causes

headaches

We all suffered from some sort of headaches from time to time.

October is observed as breast cancer month. Do a monthly self-breast examination, read here for instruction

About one in four headaches is neither migraine nor caused by tension. A great variety of factors are responsible. For example, some women develop headaches a few days before menstruation. The headache appears as regularly as the electric bill each month.
Other people find that if they drink too much alcohol they develop a headache, which is frequently an allergic response to the alcohol. Also, long hours of driving often produce tense muscles, that sometimes  cause you to have a headache. But headaches may develop for another reason when driving for long hours. Carbon monoxide may seep into the car, replacing some of the oxygen, and a prolonged minor deficiency of oxygen can induce a headache. Blocked sinuses can also be responsible for excruciatingly painful headaches.
Usually these types of headaches, pose no serious threat to health. On occasion, however, they go beyond the aches, pains, and nuisances category and require immediate medical attention. It’s very important to seek a doctor when the headache:
  1. Follows a fall or blow to the head.
  2. Is accompanied by a fever, along with nausea, vomiting, and blurred vision.
  3. Occurs with steadily increasing frequency and severity.
Home remedies for the common headaches are not effective (tested and proven). Over the counter pills for the common headaches, such as ; Panadol multi-symptom, give temporally relief.
